Vanilla And Yogurt Cake Without Egg

The striking thing about this recipe is that it does not contain eggs. In addition, the preparation is quite easy, it follows almost the same process as traditional cakes.

Just keep in mind that the unit of measurement that we will use in this recipe is that of the glass of yogurt that you are going to use, otherwise it does not have major complications.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of butter (15 g)
  • 1 packet of yeast (16 g)
  • Chocolate chunks (desired amount)
  • 1 vanilla yogurt

With the measure of the glass of yogurt:

  • 1 glass of milk
  • 2 glasses of sugar
  • 1 glass of olive oil
  • 4 glasses of flour

  • First, divide the chocolate into two containers, one you will use to decorate and the other will be part of the mixture that will go into the vanilla cake and yogurt without eggs.
  • Pour the yogurt into a deep bowl and gradually add the sifted flour.
  • In another container, warm the milk in the microwave for about 30 seconds. It doesn’t need to get too hot.
  • Next, dissolve the sugar in the milk and then pour it into the yogurt.
  • Also add the oil and butter. Stir everything generously until you have a smooth and homogeneous looking mixture, without lumps.
  • When you have everything well mixed, proceed to add a part of the chopped chocolate, the one you separated to form part of the cake. Mix it well until everything is well integrated.
  • Preheat the oven to 150 ° C, proceed to butter and flour a baking dish.
  • Once we have covered the inside of the mold, we pour the mixture and take it to the oven for approximately 40 minutes.
  • While our cake is baking, we can proceed to prepare the decoration of the vanilla and yogurt cake. Heat the chocolate in a bain-marie until it melts.
  • When it’s perfectly melted, it’s ready. We recommend you do this with a few minutes before the cake is ready.

  • Keep in mind that the temperature and baking time of the vanilla and yogurt cake depend largely on the oven. So you must be very attentive to avoid incidents.
  • You can add a little butter to the decoration while you beat it. However, this will give you fat, so be careful.
