Preparation

  • First, wash the rib pieces very well, separate them and place them in a pot.
  • Next, add the red onion, ginger powder, and 3 teaspoons of salt.
  • Then, once you’ve seasoned your baby back ribs, add a cup and a half of water to the pot and place them on your stovetop over low heat.
  • Once the water starts to boil, add the tablespoons of panela. You can use a little more of the  powdered cane sugar if you want them to be much sweeter.
  • Then, remove the excess water to facilitate the caramelization of your recipe and add the pineapple chunks and the tablespoons of soy sauce.

  • The juice of 1 lemon (5 ml)
  • 3 pork ribs (3 kg)

  • 1 head of crushed garlic (15 g)
  • 3 teaspoons of oregano (15 g)
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil (75 ml)
  • 3 tablespoons of banana jam (45 ml)

Preparation

  • The first thing you should do in this recipe is to make sure that the ribs do not have fat or skin.
  • Then, they should be marinated with a mixture of the crushed garlic, oregano and olive oil.
  • Next, season the ribs with the salt.
  • Bring to the grill over medium heat, placing the ribs bone-side down.
  • When it starts to brown, flip them over to cook on the other side.
  • Then, remove them from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  • Subsequently, mix the banana jam with the lemon juice and spread that mixture on both sides of all the ribs.

  • 1 rack of pork (1 kg)
  • 1 tablespoon of salt (15 g)
  • 6 tablespoons of honey (90 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper (5 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon (3 g)
  • 1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder (7 g)
  • 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar cane panela (45 g)

Preparation

  • First, separate or detach the ribs from the rack.
  • In a separate bowl, prepare a mixture with the brown sugar powder, salt, garlic, pepper and cinnamon.
  • Next, you place the ribs on a baking sheet and spread the previously made mixture over them.
  • Then, proceed to cover them well with aluminum foil.
  • Take the gossip to the oven, at a temperature of about 180 ºC for 20 or 30 minutes.
