  • Lemon zest (to taste)
  • 1 skimmed yogurt of your favorite flavor
  • 1 glass of wheat bran (150 g)

Preparation

  1. Put the oven to heat to 180 ºC.
  2. Beat the eggs.
  3. Add the brewer’s yeast and oil.
  4. Add the sweetener, lemon zest, and yogurt.
  5. Mix everything well.
  6. Put a little oil on the bottom and on the edges of the baking sheet.
  7. Put the mixture in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 ºC.

  • ½ cup cheese spread 0% fat (100 g)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  2. Combine the cheese, yogurt, and milk in an oven-safe container.
  3. Add the starch and the sweetener.
  4. Put the cake in the oven for 30 minutes.
  5. Chop the strawberries.
  6. Take out the cake, unmold it and cover the cake with the fruit.
  7. Put it to chill in the fridge until it’s time to serve it.

3. Blueberry muffins

  • ½ cup of sunflower oil (100 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of sweetener (15 ml)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (25 g)
  • Lemon zest (to taste)
  • Blueberries (to taste)
  • ½ cup of pastry flour (100 g)
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder (5 g)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  2. Chop the blueberries into very small pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the sweetener and oil.
  4. Add the eggs one by one and continue beating.
  5. When you have a homogeneous mixture, add the honey, lemon zest and blueberries.
  6. Sift the flour and baking powder to add them to the mixture.
  7. Work the mixture until you get a good dough.
  8. Put a little oil in the molds.
  9. Put the dough in them.
  10. Keep the light sweets in the oven for 30 minutes.
